Who is REFOAMS ?
REFOAMS stands for Regenerative & Esthetic Federation of Ocular, Auditory, and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
It is a multidisciplinary federation launched under the umbrella of COCTRASI (Council Of Cosmetology Trichology Regenerative and Aesthetic Sciences of India), bringing together:
Ophthalmologists (Ocular surgeons) ,ENT Specialists (Auditory surgeons), Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (OMF Surgeons).
These specialists collaborate to advance aesthetic and regenerative practices in their respective fields, focusing on areas such as: Facial aesthetics and reconstructive procedures Regenerative therapies like PRP, stem cells, and growth factors Advanced minimally invasive surgical techniques Interdisciplinary cosmetic procedures

REFOAMS (Regenerative & Esthetic Federation of Ocular, Auditory, Maxillofacial Surgeons) was born out of a powerful vision — to unite ENT, Ophthalmic, and Maxillofacial surgeons under one multidisciplinary platform dedicated to ethical, legal, and advanced aesthetic practice.
Founded under the guidance of Dr. VK Swamy, with the legal and academic support of COCTRASI, REFOAMS bridges the gap between surgical skill and cosmetic science. We identified a critical need: qualified surgeons were being overshadowed by non-medical influencers and underqualified practitioners in the aesthetic space.
